Struck down by minibus

Dylan was hit by a minibus while crossing the street. Traffic on Turkey’s streets is chaotic—pedestrians don’t have right of way and need to take extra precautions while crossing streets. Dylan was exploring Turkey by foot. Arriving at an intersection, he made a quick check for traffic and proceeded to cross the road. Suddenly, a minibus struck him and sent him flying head-first into the road. An ambulance arrived and Dylan was transported to the local hospital. Upon arrival he was admitted to the ICU with serious head injuries. When Dylan finally awoke he had difficulty remembering the incident but decided to call his travel insurance provider. They obtained witness statements, police reports and hospital records, and covered the cost of Dylan’s medical treatment.
