Isabelle’s flights were delayed because of a lightning storm. She was looking forward to visiting Paris and she had booked a tour that was leaving later that night. But while she was waiting to depart from the airport, her flight was cancelled. The airline booked her on the next flight, but it was 5 hours later than her previous flight.
