Why is this important?

We are passionate about providing assistance and support to our customers. We recognise there may be times where customers are in a vulnerable situation and may require discrete and confidential treatment of insurance and claim information. Vulnerability can be temporary or permanent and people experience vulnerability differently.

How we support

We have implemented the Vulnerable Customer policy which outlines various initiatives that aim to improve our understanding of and support for customers experiencing vulnerability. This ensures customers will receive discrete and confidential service and support.
